Koga Factory "Great Zelkova" Winter Illumination

We want to be a company that the community enjoys and loves.

At the entrance of our Koga Factory stands a great zelkova tree, approximately 12 meters tall.

The road in front of the factory is a major thoroughfare connecting the National Route 4 Bypass directly to JR Koga Station, resulting in heavy traffic. However, at night, there are few noticeable lights.

Therefore, during the winter season, we have decorated this great zelkova tree with illuminations to bring enjoyment to the community. The calm blue lights have been well received by passersby.

President's Message and the Five Principles of Compliance

To Continue Being a Trusted Company in Society

For a company to develop sustainably, it is necessary not only to improve performance and enhance managerial soundness and transparency but also to become a trusted entity in society by adhering to the rules of the business community. These rules extend beyond the narrow scope of legal compliance to include generally respected societal norms.

In today's context, where the importance of a company's role in society is increasing, it is essential that each employee fully recognizes the company's social responsibility and acts in a manner that meets societal expectations. This behavior has become a crucial part of the social rules.

Let us aim to create a safe, healthy workplace where employees can work with peace of mind, while adhering to the "rules of the business community" and becoming a company that is genuinely trusted by society.
